Harold Ehrlich
Private graveside services were scheduled for Harold E. Ehrlich, 92, of Ocala, Florida, who passed away April 22, 2021, at West Marion Community Hospital, Ocala.
Harold was born to Jonathan Charles and Lena (Vogel) Ehrlich Sr. in Marion. He graduated from the University of Kansas and served in the U.S. Army.
He was united in marriage May 2, 1958, to his beloved wife Fern Rasche.
Harold retired from the Boeing Company after 39 years of service and relocated from Seattle, Washington, to Ocala, where he spent his final years caring for his home and enjoying an occasional round of golf.
Survivors include his wife Fern; nephew Darryl Ehrlich; and nieces Janet (and husband, Alan) Priddy and Carol (and husband, Bill) Stevens.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Jonathan Jr.; and sister Nettie Daily.
Burial will be in the Holstein Cemetery of Holstein with pastor Bob Lewis officiating and military rites conducted by the American Legion Dessel-Schmidt Post #225 of Holstein.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harold’s name to the Kansas University Endowment Association Gift Processing Department, P.O. Box 928, Lawrence, KS 66044-0928, or to the charity of your choice.
