Phyllis Mueller

Services for Phyllis Ann Mueller, 88, who passed away Sunday at her home in Tampa, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Tampa.

She was born Jan. 28, 1933, in Tampa to William and Lydia (Galliart) Rhode.

She married Butch Mueller on Jan. 28, 1951, in Tampa. He preceded her in death.

She was a cashier at Tampa State Bank in Tampa.

Survivors include son Rodney L. Mueller of Tampa, daughter Jody (and husband Ron) Heath of Salina, sisters Ophelia Jacobson of Wichita and Edna (and husband Paul) Backhus of Tampa, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Burial will in Tampa Lutheran Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established with St. John’s Lutheran Church in care of Jost Funeral Home, PO Box 266 Hillsboro, KS 67063.
