Timothy Kaufman

A celebration of life for Timothy Dalmer Kaufman, 64, who went to be with the Lord on Oct. 7, 2023, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, at Morning Star Church, rural Durham.

Arlie Overton will officiate.

Surrounded by his loving wife, Debra, and family, Timothy passed away at his rural Durham residence.

He was born Oct. 1, 1959, in Marion to Dalmer and Violet (Krispense) Kaufman.

He married Debra Helmer on Aug. 27, 1983, at Zion Lutheran Church in Hillsboro.

Survivors include wife Debra Kaufman of rural Durham; son Cole Kaufman (and wife Miranda) of rural Hillsboro; daughters Dakota Tannahill (and husband Travis) of rural Hillsboro and Sienna Harms (and husband Payton) of rural Durham; brothers Kim Kaufman (and wife Beth) of Newton and Tom Kaufman (and wife Sherry) of Hillsboro; sister Autumn Chisholm (and husband Kem) of rural Durham; and grandchildren Ridge and Indie.
