Tony Winter

Tony Wayne Winter, 52, was born March 22, 1966, and died Aug. 26, 2018, at his home in Marion.

Son of Alvin and Bernadeen (Broadstreet) Winter of Marion, he was in the class of 1984 and received his GED in 1986.

Tony was employed by the city of Marion for 17 years, by Moridge Grasshopper Lawnmower, and Wal-Mart.

Tony is survived by his parents; sister Wendy Buchanan; nieces Symba (Steele) Newman and husband, Jesse, and Colleen Steele; nephews Dustin Steele and wife, Sara, and Sean Buchanan and wife, Reann; seven great-nephews and nieces; and many cousins and friends. Tony will be missed by all.

Surviving aunts are Sylvia Helmer, Nancy Bauer, and Judy Stauffer and husband, Rick.

Going before him were his Broadstreet and Winter grandparents and Lane and Carol Broadstreet, Rodney Bowen, and Jack Helmer.

Tony was cremated and graveside interment will be at a later date.
