Indoor tennis coming to Tabor

A two-court, indoor tennis facility that will allow team members to practice year-round will be built this fall on the Tabor College campus.

The facility, a gift of undisclosed size from an anonymous donor, will be just south of football stadium parking and is expected to be completed by December.

Tabor has 25 men and women enrolled for tennis in the 2020-2021 year, coach Luke Rencher said.

“Having indoor courts will allow us to have serious practices and matches all year long and sets us apart from our competitors,” Rencher said.
