KVC Behavioral Health Care, based in Wichita, will conduct an informational meeting in Marion for those interested in becoming foster parents.

The meeting will be at 6 p.m. April 18 at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 229 Walnut St. Recruiter Stephanie Smith will answer questions about requirements and expectations in becoming foster and/or adoptive parents.
