Jost chosen for K-State agriculture training program

Alexander Jost of Hillsboro was one of 58 students admitted to the college of agriculture training program. Jost is a freshman majoring in agriculture education at Kansas State University.

The four-month program teaches students about K-State, the college and majors offered by the college. Students in the program also learn skills, such as resume building and interviewing tips, to help them get an internship or job.

When participants complete the program, they will be invited to apply to become college of agriculture ambassadors. The ambassadors assist with various activities both on and off campus to promote the college.
