Sharp rock
To the editor:
Now, for the second time in 12 days, rock not properly incorporated into existing road bed has left 3½ miles of road dangerous to drive on and extremely damaging to our tires and will probably stay that way for several weeks
When the county road and bridge department buys rock and the way is it put on a road where it endangers my life and at least 39 others in our area and damages my personal property, can the county be held responsible and prosecuted by the laws that say I personally can’t endanger someone’s life or damage their personal property without being prosecuted by our laws? You be the judge, jury, and executioner!
