Melissa Danielle Lind of Hillsboro and Nicholas Clay Mueller of Wichita announce their engagement.

Lind is the daughter of Carl and Martha Lind of Ferndale, Wash. Mueller is the son of Ronald and Kaylene Mueller of Tampa.

The wedding is scheduled for Dec. 29 at Birch Bay Bible Community Church in Birch Bay, Wash.

Lind is 2009 graduate of Ferndale High School. She is scheduled to graduate in May from Tabor College with a degree in elementary education.

Mueller is a 2009 graduate of Hillsboro High School. He is scheduled to graduate in May from Wichita State with a degree in aerospace engineering. He is currently employed by Bombardier/Learjet.
