An officer met with a concerned business owner, responded to an activated business alarm, and discovered an unlocked door to a business. Assistance was provided to a deputy with a domestic dispute.

July 14: A residence was searched per the request of district court. A theft was reported.

July 15: A vicious dog complaint was filed. Underage smoking was reported. A harassment complaint was filed. A civil process was served. Streetlights were checked.

July 16: EMS personnel received assistance with a call. Suspicious people were checked. A burglary was reported. Officers responded to a neighborhood dispute and met with a citizen about an animal complaint. A civil process was served. A theft was investigated, as was a domestic dispute.

July 17: A concerned citizen met with an officer regarding criminal damage to property. Officers checked on debris reported on a street.

July 18: A deputy received assistance with a domestic dispute. A suspicious vehicle was checked. An individual met with an officer regarding a civil dispute. Officers responded to a domestic dispute.

July 19: A parking complaint was checked. A welfare check was provided. An individual received assistance in retrieving property. A citizen met with an officer regarding a harassment complaint. An animal complaint was checked. A domestic dispute resulted in an arrest.

July 20: Officers assisted with an arrest warrant. A business owner reported suspicious telephone calls. A civil standby was provided. A harassment complaint was filed. A driver was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

July 21: An attempt was made to serve a civil process.

July 22: Property was recovered. Officers assisted Peabody police with serving a felony arrest warrant. Streetlights were checked. A civil process was served.

July 23: A parking complaint was checked. A vicious dog was reported.

July 24: Traffic control was provided for a LifeTeam helicopter. A theft was reported. A reckless driver was checked.

July 25: Officers responded to a domestic dispute and a civil dispute.

July 26: A theft was reported. A stranded couple received assistance. An officer met with a citizen regarding a nuisance complaint. EMS personnel received assistance with a call. An unlocked business door was discovered.

July 27: A battery was investigated. Assistance was provided to an individual wanting help from Marion Ministerial Alliance. A civil dispute was reported. Response was given to a report of a fight. Backup was provided to the sheriff’s department.

July 28: A nuisance complaint was reported. Assistance was provided to the Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services with home visits. A couple met with officers regarding child custody issues.

July 29: A theft was reported. A dog was reported running at-large.

July 30: Officers responded to a loose dog complaint. Criminal damage to property was reported. An officer met with a citizen regarding a protection from abuse order and responded to a fire. A harassment complaint was filed. A sick raccoon was checked.

July 31: A dog was picked up. Two unlocked business doors were secured. A forgery was reported. An injury accident was investigated. A welfare check was provided. A theft was filed. A possible fight was reported.

Aug. 1: Welfare checks were provided. An officer met with an individual regarding a civil dispute.

Aug. 2: A non-injury accident was investigated. Harassment was reported.

Aug. 3: Welfare checks were conducted. A skunk complaint was checked. Assistance was provided to a stranded person. An arrest warrant was served. An assault was reported.

Aug. 4: An individual met with an officer regarding a civil matter. Officers responded to a possible fight.

Thursday: Harassment was reported. A civil process was served. Suspicious trash was checked. A complaint was made about a door-to-door salesman. A possible intoxicated driver was checked, as were streetlights.

Friday: EMS personnel received assistance with a call. An officer met with a citizen regarding a civil matter.

Saturday: Criminal threat was reported. A domestic dispute was investigated. A noise complaint was checked.

Officers issued 32 warnings, served 10 notices to appear, and made seven arrests.
