March 18: Officers conducted a traffic stop for a person holding onto a vehicle while skateboarding.

March 20: Arrested a subject for theft.

March 22: Officers took a phone call about possible child porn. Officers returned a lost boy to his home in the 500 block of North Lincoln Street. A home invasion was reported, but the victim declined to file charges. Officers conducted checks on vacant properties and found that a shed door had been kicked in.

March 24: Officers arrested a male suspect on warrants. Harassment over text was reported.

March 25: A report of a gas skip at Casey’s General store was investigated; suspect’s vehicle was an early model gray Chevrolet Malibu that went South on Freeborn Street. A juvenile giving threats was reported.

March 27: Officers investigated a report of juvenile getting his car stuck in a neighbor’s yard; two juveniles were “talking” in a secluded spot.

March 29: Officers responded to a report of criminal damage to property. Officers helped an elderly female who was stuck on her scooter.

March 30: A report of a stolen bicycle was taken. Officers took a child in need of care case.

Totals from March 18 through March 31: 13 dogs at large, 2 arrests, 5 reports of criminal damage to property, 2 thefts, 3 reports of battery, and 3 assaults.
