Mary Ann Ecker, 77, of Wichita, died Feb. 22 in Wichita.

Mary was born Sept. 23, 1939, to June and Betty Herzet in Florence.

She married Donald Ecker on Aug. 31, 1957, in Marion. Together, they celebrated 59 years of marriage.

She was member of St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Andover.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Gerry Berg.

Survivors include husband Donald Ecker of Wichita; children, Julie Ecker and Randy Ecker, both of Wichita; brother James Herzet of Marion; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Mass services were held Monday at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church. Private inurnment will be at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita.
