NORTHWEST DURHAM:   Morning Star Church members meet at Moundridge

A group from the Morning Star Church joined Duane Ratzlaff at Moundridge Manor Activities Center Sept. 21 for a basket supper. They were Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Wendell and Linda Wedel, Roy and Nadine Davis, Harlan and Sherry Koehn, Larry and Wanda Koehn, Harry and Sheryle Rhodes, Richard and Charlotte Wiebe, Dale and Kathy Jantz, Sandy Wiebe, Warren and Jane Unruh, and Louise Ratzlaff.

Dinner guests of Clayton and Betty Wiebe on Sept. 21 were Tim and Shelia Koehn and family, Doyle and Kara Wiebe and family, Amy Koehn, Katie Schmidt, Rebecca Peachy, and Kayla Wiebe.

Ron and Dora Unruh and Mark and Barb Unruh and Sarah attended the 60th anniversary open house of Eldon and Esther Funk on Sept. 21 at Trinity Fellowship Hall. Ron and Dora later visited Kaylene Unruh.

Recent supper guests at the Kendall Wiebe home were Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Arlyn and Kalynda Wiebe, and Roy and Nadine Davis.

Ransom and Lillian Wiebe were supper guests Sept. 19 of Jason and Sherri Wiebe.

Lola Redger and Jaraine Redger went to Abilene on Sept. 18 to eat out with Carol Redger.

In a belated birthday celebration for Warren Unruh on Sept. 20, Larry and Wanda Koehn, Warren and his wife, Jane, Quinton and Dianne Unruh, and Starla Harms had supper at Water’s Edge in Hesston.

Lola Redger and her children from Newton went to Camp Y Shea near Lawton, Oklahoma on Sept. 20 and 21 to attend the annual gathering of the Ed and Katie Nightingale family. There were 66 in attendance.

Evening visitors Sept. 19 at the home of Tim and Shelia Koehn were Larry and Wanda Koehn and Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and family. They enjoyed visiting with Tim and Shelia’s houseguests, Darrel and Jean Amos of Pipestone, Minnesota.

Brian and Angela Unruh and girls were overnight guests Sept. 12 of their grandparents, Ransom and Lillian Wiebe. Additional guests were Rebecca, Thomas, Anthony, and Tyler. Before leaving on the 20th, the Unruhs had breakfast with the Wiebes in Durham.
