The Morning Star youth and their sponsors, Doyle and Kara Wiebe and Dalton and Lorna Wiebe, hosted their annual Friendship supper for senior citizens at the church on Nov. 30. The meal was followed with a program of singing and reading.
Travis Becker’s family celebrated his birthday Dec. 1 with a meal in Wichita. Joining them were Wendell and Linda Wedel, Greg and Charlene Wedel and family, Dean and Pauline Becker, and Marlin and Jeri Becker and family.
Sharon Redger of Cimarron spent a few days at the home of her daughter, Kris Wiebe and family, and attended the
Friendship supper.
Dinner guests Dec. 4 at the home of Roy and Nadine Davis were Cheryl Dirks, Jeff and Monica Ratzlaff and family, Marcel and Wendy Unruh and family, Clayton and Betty Wiebe, and Tim Davis. They also celebrated Tim’s birthday.
Bruce Dirks has been conducting meetings at Ronan, Mont., during the first part of December.
Ransom and Lillian Wiebe went to Moundridge Manor Dec. 4 to visit residents, especially Duane Ratzlaff, Melvin and Vera Dirks, and Esther Unruh.
Nelson and Bev Wiebe hosted a dinner Dec. 4 for Merlin and Karletta Wiebe and Janesa, Larry and Wanda Koehn and Titus, Erick Schrock, and Carlyn and Jackie Wiebe.
