Larry and Eileen Schmidt and Kasey of Mississippi arrived at the home of Roy and Nadine Davis on Friday to spend the weekend at their home.

Sunday dinner guests were Rick and LaVae Koehn and boys. Supper guests at the Davis home were Rick Koehn and family, Gary and Crystal Davis and Carly, Scott and Tami Koehn and family, and Katie Unruh. The Schmidt family returned home on Monday.

Ransom and Lillian Wiebe attended memorial services for Kenneth Smith on July 27 at Grace Mennonite Church near Halstead.

Sunday dinner guests at the home of Merlin and Karletta Wiebe were Aaron and Janessa Herbel, Marcel and Wendy Unruh and family, Marlin and Bethany Wiebe and family, Sandy Wiebe, and Teresa Wiebe.

Visitors who had homemade doughnuts at the home of Ron Unruh on Saturday were Jim and Brenda Enns, Mark and Barb Unruh, Warren Unruh, Nathan, Kyle and Jenna, Sarah Unruh, Andrea Kelly, and Darren and Corina Enns.

Ruston and Lydia Dirks held a supper Sunday for Ransom and Lillian Wiebe and other friends.

Dinner guests in the home of Ransom and Lillian Wiebe on Sunday were Brendon and Luci Reimer and Megan, Erika Littwilller, and Sharilee Entz from Hillsboro.

Larry and Wanda Koehn spent 10 days attending a wedding, anniversary and family reunion. They attended a wedding of niece Kamilla Koehn to Greg Becker on July 31 in Middleton, Mississippi. They then were overnight guests at the home of their daughter Denise and Christopher Schrock and family at Kidron, Ohio. They attended a 50th wedding anniversary celebration for Larry’s brother Gerald and Margaret Koehn on Wednesday in Louisville, Georiga. They attended the Pete Koehn family reunion in Fountain Run, Kentucky from Friday through Sunday.

Others from here that went to the reunion were Travis Koehn and family, Tim Koehn and family, Dalton Wiebe and family, Amy Koehn, Tom Penner and family, and Chris Schrock and family.

Larry and Wanda returned home Sunday after a busy but enjoyable time. The Travis Koehn family continued on for vacation in Shenandoah National Park in Virginia.

Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family brought Sunday dinner to the Clayton Wiebe home to share with them after Clayton had surgery.
