Rick and LaVae Koehn and boys and Tim Davis were Saturday supper guests of Roy and Nadine Davis to celebrate LaVae’s May 9 birthday and Ethan’s 8th birthday, which was March 13.

Ron and Dora Unruh went to a memorial service for Ron’s cousin, Elvera Dirks, at Shalom Mennonite Church in Newton. Burial services were held at Peace Valley Cemetery, rural Durham.

Helping Connie Becker celebrate her birthday May 9 at a McPherson restaurant were Travis Becker and children, Wendell and Linda Wedel, and Greg and Charlene Wedel and family.

Guests of Calvin and Janene Wiebe for a Mother’s Day dinner in their home were Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Loretta Wiebe, Nelson and Bev Wiebe and family, Jordan and Katie Wiebe, Katlyn Unruh, and Joleigh Redger.

Larry and Wanda Koehn, Quinton and Dianne Unruh, and Warren and Jane Unruh met Starla Harms at a Yoder restaurant for dinner Saturday.

Dora Unruh attended a spring musical program Friday in Hillsboro in which her granddaughter Jenna Unruh performed.

A Thursday picnic supper in Merlin and Karletta Wiebe’s back yard to honor Beth Wiebe’s birthday included Anthony Wiebe and children, Aaron and Janessa Herbel and Kade, and Brian and Rebecca Thomas and family.

Lola Redger joined her family for Sunday at a Newton restaurant. They also visited at the home of Ray and Dawn Redger.

Larry and Wanda Koehn, Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and family, Tim and Shelia Koehn and family, and Amy Koehn celebrated Mother’s Day at a Lindsborg park.

Mother’s Day weekend visitors at the Ron Unruh home were Warren Unruh, Mark and Barb Unruh and Sarah, and Jim and Brenda Enns.

Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Merlin and Karletta Wiebe, Jason and Sherri Wiebe and family, Mark and Kris Wiebe and Luke, Anthony and Beth Wiebe and family and Aaron and Janessa Herbel and Kade went to Hillsboro Memorial Park for a picnic dinner Sunday.
