NORTHWEST OF DURHAM: Wiebe family celebrates 50th in Alabama

Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Nelson and Bev Wiebe and family, Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, Calvin and Janene Wiebe and family, Loretta Wiebe, and Wayne and Lora Lee Wiebe and family left Feb. 25 weekend by bus for Gulf Shores, Alabama, to celebrate Clayton and Betty’s 50th anniversary. They went sightseeing and visited interesting places, and returned home on Saturday morning.
Supper guests in the home of Harry and Sheryle Rhodes on Tuesday were Terry and Robyn Schultz and family, and Robyn’s parents from Manitoba, who are visiting in the Schultz home.
Richard Wiebe’s family got together Saturday for a basket supper at a school. Other guests were Roy and Nadine Davis, Tim Davis, Stuart and Lea Isaac, and Calla Wenger. The supper was in honor of Joseph and Brenda (Wiebe) Johnson and family from Faunsdale, Alabama, who were houseguests in the home of Richard and Charlotte.
