Calvin and Janene Wiebe hosted a supper Friday evening in their home. The men and boys had pizza and pop in their shop, while the women and girls had women food and social at the house. Those who attended were Scott and Tami Koehn and family, Doug and Starla Koehn and Alysa, Mark and Kris Wiebe and Luke, Ransom and Lillian Wiebe, Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Jeff and Monica Ratzlaff and family, Tim and Shelia Koehn and family, Sandy Wiebe, Ruth Boehs, and Titus and Chelsea Koehn and Kingston.
Guests for Sunday dinner in the home of Harry and Sheryle Rhodes were Ruston and Lydia Dirks and family and Wayne and Lora Lee Wiebe and family.
Ron and Dora Unruh, accompanied by Brenda Enns, went to Collins, Missouri Saturday for a 90th birthday celebration of Ron’s Aunt, Althea Zimmerman. The family had an open house for her at a church that afternoon.
Many attended a Hawaiian- themed Sunday evening Valentine Banquet at the Durham Baptist Church. The program was presented by Christian comedians Marty and Edna Ziegler of Sterling.
Roy and Nadine Davis had as their Sunday dinner guests Stuart and Lea Isaacs, Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Ransom and Lilian Wiebe, Loretta Wiebe, Harlan and Sherry Koehn and Mark, Louise and Rayletta Ratzlaff and Tim Davis.
A group of seniors from Morning Star Church got together Tuesday for a supper at the Stanley Johnson Barn near Moundridge to celebrate Betty Wiebe’s birthday.
