Failure to register as a sex offender

Adrian Jarod Clay, 23, whose last known address was 400 S. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, is a registered sex offender in Marion County and was to register during the month of August. As of Thursday, Clay had not registered with Sheriff’s office.

Domestic Battery

A Hillsboro resident reported aug. 17 he was the victim of domestic battery and a violation of a protection order at 2578 Goldenrod in Hillsboro.

Burglary, theft

A Stihl chain saw, two battery chargers, and a mower battery were stolen from 218 330th Road, Durham at 6 p.m. April 22. The property is owned by Wayne Decker of Hesston. The stolen items are valued at $515.
