Battery, criminal trespass

Battery and criminal trespass were reported 3:45 a.m. Sept. 24 in the 100 block of E. Marion St., Lehigh. Damage to a window blind, wall, and door were reported due to the incident. The damaged property is valued at $250. The offender is alleged to have been under the influence of alcohol. The victim and suspect are alleged acquaintances.

Criminal damage to property, theft of property and services

Criminal damage to property and theft were reported 7:03 a.m. Sept. 22. The victim of the crime was a Marion County Road and Bridge worker. An old ambulance box, valued at $50 was damaged. A crescent wrench, $25, and a half full can of WD 40 were stolen.

Racing on highways, reckless driving

A suspect was driving 1:30 p.m. Sept. 26 north bound on Newton Street, Lincolnville and stopped in the middle of the lane. The suspect then revved the motor, accelerated, and spun the vehicle’s tire about 40 to 50 feet. Suspect went to the corner of Sixth and Newton and while accelerating made a U-turn and spun the tires.
