Wayne A. Kenel, 64, 208 S. Prospect Ave., Lehigh, was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order by allegedly trying to enter a residence and yelling at the victim through the windows at 4:29 p.m. on June 5. in Hillsboro.

Assault, disorderly conduct

Charges are pending against a 16-year-old Hillsboro boy suspected of making a threatening statement between 10 and 11:05 p.m. June 3 that police reports said scared a 43-year-old Hillsboro man.
