Criminal damage to property

Kathelyn Albin, 20, Lehigh, reported damage to a door and frame at a residence in the 300 block of Marion St. in Lehigh sometime between 12 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Nov. 27. Sheriff’s officer Derek Fetrow estimated the value of the loss to be $250.

Burglary and theft from vehicle

Josie Carlisle, 33, Augusta, reported forced entry of a vehicle and theft of a driver’s license, bank, insurance, and social security cards in the 100 block of W. Broadway St. in Burns at 11:15 a.m. Dec. 2. Sergeant Larry Starkey estimated the value of the loss to be $81.

Criminal threat

Charges are pending against a 32-year-old man who allegedly called his estranged wife and threatened her with bodily harm at 1:11 a.m. Dec. 1.
