According to offense reports released this past week:

SHERIFF’S

Theft of property

Jayden Hallowell was victim to theft between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 8 and 8 a.m. Aug. 9. A wallet, drivers license, and money valued at a total of $8 was taken from a vehicle in the 500 block of E. 1st St. in Ramona.

Theft of motor fuel

Biran Taliaferro reported that $181 worth of highway diesel fuel belonging to APAC of Hays was taken between 7 p.m. Aug. 19 and 8 a.m. Aug. 22 from a construction site at US-56 and Diamond Rd., Lehigh.

Theft of property

A 4230 John Deere tractor and Vermeer R280 rake valued at $40,000 and owned by Kenneth Shields, 66, Lincolnville, was taken between 8 and 10:56 a.m. July 26 from a field near 320th and Vista Rds., Lost Springs. Both were recovered that day, but wiring and a tractor tire, valuing a total of $937, was damaged.

Criminal trespass, arson

James Findley reported a case of criminal trespass and arson at his home at 1 p.m. Aug. 16. in the 500 block of Old Mill Rd., Peabody.
