According to law enforcement reports released this week:

Hillsboro

Battery

A 17-year-old Hillsboro boy who allegedly choked his father and brother during a fight was arrested in the 400 block of 1st St. on suspicion of battery and transported to juvenile intake April 16.

Domestic battery, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property

David Bullock, 51, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal trespass, and criminal damage to property after he allegedly got into an argument with a Kara Davis, 37, Hillsboro, between 7:42 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of E. 1st St.

Davis reportedly told Bullock that he was not allowed on her property, but Bullock allegedly damaged a door when he forced his way into the house, knocking Davis down in the process. Officer Randy Brazil’s police report indicated Bullock was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.

Marion

Domestic battery

After police responded at 9:47 a.m. Saturday to report of a domestic disturbance, Steven J. Wagner, 25, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery in the 300 block of S. Roosevelt St.

Peabody

Criminal threat, battery, assault with a deadly weapon

Brothers Japheth Dunnahoo, 28, and Blake Dunnahoo, 19 , both of Peabody, were arrested on suspicion of multiple charges the afternoon of April 17 at 401 N. Olive St. Chief Bruce Burke said Japheth faces two counts of criminal threat and one charge of battery. He said Blake faces two counts of criminal threat, one count of battery and an additional charge of assault with a deadly weapon. As the case is an open criminal investigation, Burke said no further details were available.

Giving a false alarm, lewd and lascivious behavior, pedestrian under the influence of alcohol

Kim Brashear, 61, Peabody, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of giving a false alarm (calling 911), lewd and lascivious behavior, and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol at 10 a.m. April 19 at 114 S. Olive St. The next day at the same location, Brashear was arrested again on suspicion of one count of pedestrian under the influence and another count of giving a false alarm.

SHERIFF

Burglary and criminal trespass

Boats and shop equipment valued at $3,450 were stolen between March 21 and April 13 from a farm near 280th and Meridian Rds. Victims were listed as Alice Johnson of that address and Steven and Gary Johnson of McPherson.

Missing items include a two-person pontoon fishing boat, a 14-foot brown aluminum flat-bottom boat, a Minkota trolling motor, two boat seats, a Bose stereo system, an analog to digital converter, three-foot bolt cutters, a Northern Tool utility cart, a battery charger, miscellaneous hand tools, a Coleman generator, a Sanborn air compressor with 50 feet of hose, and a set of NCRA-engraved box end wrenches.

Force was reportedly used to gain entry.

Burglary

Linda McDougal, 59, reported that a Great Plains Federal Credit Union debit card and state identification card were stolen between 2:30 p.m. April 15 and 6 p.m. April 16 from a vehicle parked at her residence in the 700 block of Abilene Ave., Durham.

Theft

Peni Ens, 52, reported that a license plate was stolen between April 1 and 17 from a vehicle parked at her residence near 120th and Kanza Rds.

Theft by deception

Mary Jantz, Hesston, reported that Alice Jantz, 90, Goessel, was deceived into making a fraudulent $3,000 money transfer April 19.
