Criminal damage to property

Kevin Shields, 41, Lost Springs, reported damage to a mailbox at his residence on Vista Rd. between 320th and 330th Rds. between 10 p.m. March 2 and 10 a.m. March 3. The damage was valued at $200.

Theft

Brandon Unruh, 43, Newton, reported theft of a 6x12 two-wheeled trailer valued at $850 from a parking lot or structure at his residence on 70th Rd. between Bison and Chisholm Trail Rd. between 7 p.m. April 15 and 6 p.m. April 16.

Burglary and theft

Alexander Barlow, 18, Hillsboro, reported theft of a $10 pair of women’s high heel shoes belonging to Amanda Salamone, 18, Hillsboro, from a fourplex owned by Ken Koslowsky of Hillsboro between 8:30 and 9 p.m. Friday. Officer Randal Brazil reported force was used to gain entry to the residence through a front window.

Criminal possession of a weapon by a felon

Clayton Lingenfelter, 20, Buhler, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped April 18 by Officer John Hubert for a defective tail light. Several firearms were found in within Lingenfelter’s reach. When Lingenfelter was identified as a convicted felon, he was taken into custody and booked into jail.
