Fleming’s StorAll, 1789 Upland Rd., reported criminal damage to a padlock and door hatch at 5:12 p.m. Nov. 24. The value of the loss is estimated at $70.
Burglary
Erin Page, 1690 330th Rd., reported burglary, theft of a television and DVD player, and criminal damage to a wall clock and laptop computer at 10:45 p.m. Dec. 1. The value of the loss is estimated at $335.
Criminal damage to property and criminal threat
Amy D. Stutzman, 1703 110th Rd., reported criminal threat and damage to the outer wall of a residence at 11:27 p.m. Dec. 6. The value of the loss is estimated at $1.
Hillsboro
Aggravated domestic battery
Kevin D. Bernhardt, 34, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery at 2:58 a.m. Saturday in the 500 Block of S. Main St. after putting a woman in a choke hold and obstructing her airway, according to police reports. According to reports, the pair was drinking alcohol and began arguing.
