These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:
hillsboro
Criminal trespassing, theft
A 38-year-old Hillsboro woman is wanted on suspicion of criminal trespassing after being found 12:29 p.m. Feb. 2 in the home of Harold D. Carter, 71, Hillsboro, in the 900 block of E. D St. A family member of Carter’s found her at the home.
Carter reported $700 cash was stolen between 4:09 p.m. Feb. 1 and 10 a.m. Feb. 5, and that a Smith and Wesson .357 revolver worth $1,000 was stolen between 9 a.m. Jan. 28, and 12:30 p.m. Feb. 2. All three incidents occurred while Carter was away, and are believed to be related.
Vehicle theft, drug possession
Jordan L. Fryhover, 21, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia between 11:45 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Feb. 6 near D and Birch Sts. after he stole a 2007 Ford Expedition owned by Mary C. McClure, 70, Hillsboro, in the 200 block of S. Elm St. Fryhover was found with .001 grams of methamphetamine and a glass pipe in the vehicle.
Theft
Caitlyn Hall, Hillsboro, reported a credit card, $5 cash, and a bank bag all belonging to Hillsboro Arts and Crafts Commission were stolen between 4 p.m. Feb. 6 and 8:50 a.m. Feb. 7 in the 100 block of N. Main St. A door window in the rear was broken in the incident, which allowed building entry.

Theft
Donald L. Wilson, 48, Marion, reported four vehicle batteries worth $500 total were stolen between 4 p.m. Feb. 7 and 4 a.m. Feb. 8 in the 200 block of Miller St.
peabody
Vandalism
A vandalism was reported around 8:30 a.m. Feb. 3 at Indian Guide Terrace in the 500 block of N. Vine St.
Theft
Gas cans were reported stolen around 4 p.m. Feb. 3 in the 800 block of N. Locust St. They were recovered a few days later in the 700 block of N. Locust St.

Theft of a trailer at 508 Lawrence Ave., Durham, was reported Feb. 6 by Verlin Sommerfield.
