Possession of controlled substance

Alan J. Utech, 35, Marion, was arrested on suspicion possession of a controlled substance at 5:46 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 300 block of S. Date St. after he was reportedly found with 50 pills of Lorazepam. Police were called to the address for a suspicious vehicle reported on private property without homeowner permission.

Driving with suspended license

Robert M. Potts, 34, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license at 1:15 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of S. Floral St.

Driving without a license

William K. Sedille, 48, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license, registration, or insurance at 3:15 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of S. Ash St
