Driving while suspended

Rusty B. Daniels, 25, Marion, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. Feb. 17 in the 200 block of N. Roosevelt St. on suspicion of driving while suspended. Daniels was originally stopped for an equipment violation because of a defective mirror.
