hillsboro

Identity theft

Rosella M. Epp, 78, Hillsboro, reported identity theft between 8 a.m. Jan. 23 and 5 p.m. Feb. 20. The value of the loss is estimated at $2,333.

Possession of methamphetamine

Jerry H. Shulka, 57, Peabody, was arrested on suspicion of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at 3:41 p.m. Feb. 28 in the 400 block of S. Main St.

Possession of methamphetamine

Lonney R. Teichmann, 60, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine at 9:50 p.m. Friday at Washington St. and Grand Ave. after methamphetamine was found in the vehicle he was riding in. There was also a warrant for his arrest from an incident in Marion earlier in the week.

Possession of methamphetamine

Samantha A. Adkins, 29, Christina R. Greany, 38, and Conan L. Glickman, 49, all of Hillsboro, were arrested at 3 p.m. March 1 on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of E. D St.

The residence was searched on a warrant for stolen checks and a Smith & Wesson .357-caliber revolver. An attempt was made to use forged checks for $132 and $189 earlier in the week at Et Cetera Shop.

Marion

Disorderly conduct

A person reported being attacked at 9:19 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 400 block of N. 2nd St. While there was no evidence of physical contact, a verbal disturbance did occur.

Lonney R. Teichmann, 60, Marion, was arrested Friday on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Aggravated battery

A person reported aggravated battery at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 25 in the 200 block of N. Roosevelt St. after he tried to get someone to leave the residence. The victim was transported to St. Luke Hospital for facial injuries.

Kirk W. Seals, 38, Marion, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of aggravated battery.

Aggravated domestic battery

Erik E. Lunsford, 44, Peabody, was arrested Thursday afternoon on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal damage to property for a pair of broken glasses and possession of methamphetamine in the 400 block of N. Locust St.
