These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Criminal damage to property

A window screen valued at $100 was damaged between 8:37 and 10:34 p.m. July 8 at the residence of Jennifer M. Lopez in the 100 block of W. 7th St. in Florence.

Burglary and criminal trespass

A 2004 Arctic Cat 400 four-wheeler, gasoline and can, and a toolbox with tools, together valued at $2,175, were reported stolen between 3 p.m. July 5 and 12:49 p.m. July 8 from a temporary structure or trailer near 20th and Yarrow road. The items were owned by Larry D. Morgan, Hesston. No signs of forced entry were found.

Marion

Possession of methamphetamine

Less than a gram of methamphetamine and less than a gram of marijuana were found during a search of a vehicle after a traffic stop in the 1000 block of E. Main St.

Carey E. Penrod, 30, Council Grove, was arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and unauthorized possession of a prescription medication.

Peabody

Disorderly conduct

A verbal argument June 16 in the 700 block of N. Plum St. resulted in the arrest of Logan C. Ferguson, 18, Peabody, on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
