Lisa M. Slater, rural Peabody, reported a 2006 Articat ATV worth $5,000 was stolen between 5 p.m. Nov. 24 and 8 p.m. Nov. 25 on Needle Rd. near 59th Rd. in rural Peabody.

Marion

Battery of law enforcement officer

Marion assistant police chief Steve Janzen reported being kicked several times by a woman while he was responding to calls of reckless driving and a possible stolen 2015 Ford F-250 between 5:30 and 6 a.m. Friday at the Country Inn Motel.

Julie E. Starks, 38, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal deprivation of property, disorderly conduct, and driving with a suspended license.

The Ford was registered to CK Oil & Gas, Herington.
