MARION

Drug and driving charges

A glass smoking pipe and 0.64 of a gram of a white crystalline substance were seized after Marion’s drug-sniffing police dog was deployed during a traffic stop at 12:08 a.m. Saturday at US-56 and Ash St. in Hillsboro, according to an offense report released Monday by Marion police.

Andria R. Daugherty, 44, McPherson, was arrested on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

She was taken to Marion County Jail, where she was held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond.
