Hillsboro Public Library and Parkside Homes will host a quilt block painting party from 7 to 8:30 p.m. June 4 in the Parkside Homes dining room.

A fee of $40 will cover the cost of primed board, paints, pattern, and other supplies needed.

Palette of Dreams owner Katherine DeFilippis will lead the class.
