PBS station to air Tabor ‘Messiah’

Tabor College’s performance of Handel’s “Messiah” will be rebroadcast at 9 p.m. Friday on KOOD-TV (Channel 9), Bunker Hill.

The PBS station is available in Marion County from satellite TV providers DirecTV and Dish Network. The recording also may be viewed at any time online at https://youtu.be/te60sMbzSkk.

Recorded Dec. 4, the performance features Tabor’s concert choir, a special “Messiah” orchestra, an alumni and community chorus, and alumni soloists.
