Peabody police investigated a gas drive-off June 14 at Food Mart on Ninth Street. The issue was resolved.

Also on June 14, they assisted Kansas Highway Patrol in a manhunt for a driver who fled after a routine traffic stop.

A U.S. military records check was performed June 15.

A report was taken June 16 of a stolen boat. The boat was recovered, but the case was turned over to Marion County Sheriff’s Department for investigation.

Officers took a report of vandalism June 18. That case is under investigation.
