Police report

Sept. 18 — Police took a report of criminal damage to property. The case is under investigation.

Sept. 23 — Police took a report of domestic battery and the case is under investigation.

Sept. 24 — A report was taken on a case of domestic battery and criminal restraint. The investigation is complete and will be referred to the prosecutor for and charges. Police also are looking into a complaint of sexual assault. In addition, police took two cases of found property and working on returning the items to their owners.
