Phyllis Regier

Phyllis A. Regier, 86, Moundridge, died Feb. 5, 2009, at Memorial Home, Moundridge.

Born April 6, 1922, at Newton, she was the daughter of Jacob and Rosella (Mosiman) Bartel.

She married John Regier Dec. 25, 1943, at Hillsboro.

She was a teacher for more than 30 years at Moundridge Elementary School.

Survivors include her husband of the home; and a daughter, Kathy Regier, of Moundridge.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Feb. 21, at West Zion Mennonite Church, Moundridge.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established with Dyck Arboretum of Hesston, and may be made in care of Moundridge Funeral Home.
