July 7: Police took a parking complaint in the 200 block of North Main Street.

July 8: Police checked suspicious activity in the 100 block of North Main Street, took two parking complaints, and on a dog complaint, and arrested Tracy Bihlmanier, 33, of Hillsboro, for an outstanding warrant.

July 9: Police responded to a noise complaint in the 200 block of East Grand Street and a report of an unattended trailer at F Street and Washington Streets.

July 10: A phone harassment complaint was investigated in the 100 block of North Cedar.

July 11: Police responded to a dog complaint at the city shop and reports of a disorderly subject in the 300 block of South Main Street and verbal abuse in the 500 block of East First Street.

July 12: Police picked up an abandoned bicycle at Grand and Lincoln.

July 13: Police took reports of a gas theft in the 300 block of North Lincoln Street, a disorderly subject in the 200 block of West B Street and harassment in the 100 block of North Lincoln Street.
