March 30: Officers took a dog complaint.
March 31: Police took complaints of people selling magazines without a permit, provided a funeral escort, and delivered an emergency message. Officers also responded to a domestic disturbance, took a report of suspicious activity, and addressed a noise complaint in which a neighbor complained about noise emanating from an adjacent apartment.
April 1: Police instructed D.A.R.E. class at the elementary school, took a dog complaint, and responded to a disorderly person in Hillsboro Heights.
April 2: Police took a report of a skunk, provided a funeral escort, and responded to a harassment complaint in which a man reported receiving threatening phone calls from his ex-wife.
Thursday: Officers took reports of a traffic obstruction, a dog complaint, and a traffic complaint.
Friday: Police responded to a commercial alarm and took reports of a reckless driver and a traffic complaint.
Saturday: Officers took a report of a suspicious vehicle in the fair grounds and a dog complaint.
PEABODY POLICE
March 31: Officers took a report of a cell phone theft. Schuyler K. Williams was stopped for a routine traffic stop for inoperable headlights and arrested on a charge of driving under the influence. Clarissa Hammar, Peabody, was issued a citation on a charge of an illegal tag.
April 1: Police assisted with a runaway situation at Peabody-Burns Middle School.
Saturday: Police took an incident report of battery. No arrests were made.
