Hillsboro

July 22 — A dog complaint was made in the 200 block of S. Lincoln St. It was a dog at large that was not found. 

July 25 — Someone called and reported they received a call from someone saying they were from the IRS and they would be arrested if they didn’t send money. They hung up.

Thursday — A ticket was issued for failure to yield at Ash and Grand Sts.
