Aug. 26 — Officers checked suspicious activity in the 600 block of N. Ash St., and investigated a report of a reckless driver.
Aug. 27 — Officers did a welfare check, assisted EMS with a subject who had fallen off a scooter, investigated a trespass complaint in the 400 block of N. Ash St., and assisted the sheriff with a prowler complaint
Aug. 28 — Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 300 block of S. Ash St., investigated a dog complaint in the 100 block of N. Jefferson St., and investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of N. Jefferson St. that was determined to be a vehicle repossession.
Aug. 29 — Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity in Hillsboro Heights, took a report of an attempted IRS scam, and took a report of a possible trespass in Hillsboro Heights.
Thursday — Officers investigated a dog complaint in the 100 block of S. Wilson St.
Friday — Officers arrested a subject for driving with a suspended license and removed a deer lying across Indigo Rd. Officers tracked a wanted subject to the 300 block of N. Ash. St., where it was found he had a modified firearm and illegal drugs. He was arrested for possession of drugs and felon in possession of a firearm. A later property search revealed a stolen firearm and drug paraphernalia.
Monday — Officers investigated a property dispute and a parking complaint, both in the 300 block of N. Madison St.
