Sept. 16 — A traffic obstruction in the 400 block of S. Main St. was removed and a verbal domestic disturbance between a mother and son in the 200 block of Eisenhower St. was investigated.

Sept. 17 — Officers responded to a parking complaint at Adams and C Sts. and assisted with an injury accident on US-56.

Sept. 18 — Reports of bullying and a tree limb on a power line were taken.

Sept. 19 — A non-injury accident in the 100 block of E. D St. was reported.

Sept. 20 — Police provided traffic control while a downed power line at Ash St. and US-56 was replaced.

Sept. 21 — A parking complaint in the 400 block of E. 1st St., inappropriate behavior at a school, and a residential alarm were investigated.

Sept. 22 — A parking complaint at the sports complex and a water leak in the 700 block of S. Washington St. were investigated.

Sept. 21 — A runaway juvenile was picked up and taken to Juvenile Intake Authority, returned home the same night, and issued a notice to appear in court.

Sept. 22 —Tyler Slater was arrested on a county warrant.

Sept. 23 — A complaint of criminal threat was reported and remains under investigation. Officers investigated reports of criminal damage to property in the 600 block of N. Locust St. and harassment by telephone. Matthew Mellans was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. A report will be filed with the city prosecutor.
