Nov. 12 — Officers investigated traffic complaints on Wilson St. and the 100 block of S. Birch St.; a report of suspicious activity at Tabor College; and checked a report of a water leak in the 200 block of S. Ash St.
Nov. 13 — A damaged mailbox was reported in the 300 block of S. Ash St.; a mailbox in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. was reported struck; and a domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. but the victim refused to cooperate with police.
Nov. 14 — Suspicious activity in the parking lot of Subway, 510 E. D St., was reported and Jared J. Weems, 29, Peabody, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, a glass smoking pipe and a plastic straw.
Nov. 15 — An attempted lottery scam was reported.
Nov. 16 — Officers investigated dog complaints in the 400 block of N. Adams St. and the 300 block of N. Lincoln St.; investigated two suspicious vehicles in the 300 block of N. Ash St.; and a report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of S. Cedar St.

Nov. 12 — A verbal warning was given for headlight out near the intersection of Roosevelt and Sherman Sts.
Nov. 13 — A verbal warning for windshield obstructed due to frost was issued during a traffic stop in the 300 block of S. Roosevelt St. An older man who looked cold was reported walking in the 1400 block of Denver St. When he was contacted in the 300 block of N. Coble St. he declined a ride. Dogs at large were reported near Sherman and Freeborn Sts.; the owner was contacted and picked up the dogs. A dog was reported to be dragging its chain in the 100 block of N. Coble St.; the animal was located and tied to front porch rail of its residence because the owner was not home.
Nov. 14 — A citation for child without a seatbelt on was issued in the 1100 block of E. Main St.
