Feb. 10 — A delayed report was made of an assault in the 300 block of N. Ash St., but the victim chose not to pursue the matter. A report of suspicious activity in the 600 block of W. Grand St. proved unfounded. A commercial alarm in the 300 block of N. Ash St. proved unfounded.

Feb. 11 — A disabled vehicle in the 100 block of E. Grand St. was reported, and removed by the owner. A report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of S. Main St. proved unfounded. A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of N. Ash St. proved unfounded.

Feb. 12 — An individual was warned for a dog barking in the 200 block of S. Ash St. An individual was warned for a dog barking in the 200 block of S. Adams St.

Feb. 13 — A commercial alarm in the 300 block of N. Ash St. proved unfounded.

Feb. 14 — A report of a reckless driver on Indigo Rd. proved unfounded.

Feb. 16 — A dog complaint in the 200 block of S. Adams St. proved unfounded.

Marion

Feb. 11 — A 911 hang-up proved unfounded. A motorist was warned in the 100 block of N. Fourth St. for speeding.

Feb. 12 — A dog roaming free was unable to be caught. A report was made of criminal trespassing in the 100 block N. Cedar, but no official report was filed. A motorist was warned near Cedar and Lawrence Sts. for headlight out. An individual was warned for a dog roaming free in the 100 block of Billings St.

Feb. 13 — An individual was warned for trespassing. Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of south Cedar in reference to children climbing on property that did not belong to them. A motorist was warned near Main and Cedar Sts. for headlight out.

Feb. 14 — A dog roaming free was picked up in Carlson’s Grocery and brought to Animal Health Center. An individual was warned for a dog roaming free in the 300 block of N. Fourth St. An individual was warned in the 200 block of Miller St. for having more dogs than allowed by city code. A report of suspicious activity in the 700 block of N. Roosevelt St. proved unfounded. An individual was warned for a dog roaming free in the 300 block of Grant St. A welfare check in the 300 block of Locust St. proved unfounded.

Feb. 15 — A report was made of lost property in the restroom of Dollar General. A report of an out-of-control juvenile in the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St. proved unfounded. A motorist whose vehicle was stuck in the snow in the 200 block of N. Cedar St. was pushed to level ground. A report was made of a dog roaming free.

Feb. 16 — A report suspicious activity in the 100 block of W. Main St. proved unfounded. A motorist received citation near Main St. and Eastmoor Dr. for an expired driver’s license. A motorist was warned near Cedar and Main Sts. for headlight out.

Feb. 17 — A dog roaming free in the 300 block of S. Third St. was unable to be caught.

Feb. 11 — A motorist was assisted with a noninjury accident in the 200 block of W. 9th St.

Feb. 12 — A report was made of a stolen log splitter in the 200 block of S. Sycamore St. Assistance was given for an out-of-control teenager in the 300 block of N. Peabody St.

Feb. 13 — A teenager was arrested on suspicion of drug paraphernalia.

Feb. 16 — A report was made of a dog bite case in the 500 block of N. Sycamore St.
