Oct. 11 — A residential alarm and power outage were investigated.
Oct. 12 — A report of a person operating an unauthorized vehicle was investigated.
Oct. 13 — Report of an out-of-control juvenile in the 400 block of N. Ash St. and a suspicious odor in the 100 block of E. A St. were investigated. An attempted phone scam also was reported.
Oct. 14 — A non-injury accident happened in the 100 block of S. Cedar St.
Thursday — Harassment and traffic complaints were investigated.
Friday — A report of a runaway juvenile was investigated in the 300 block of E. 2nd St. Harassment, traffic, and dog complaints also were investigated.
Saturday — There was an injury accident in the 500 block of E. D St., an attempted scam, a curfew violation in Memorial Park, and parking and dog complaints.

Oct. 12 — Police took a report of a dog bite.
Thursday — A report of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct was filed. The report is being reviewed by Marion County Attorney.
Saturday — Scott Brady, Newton, was stopped for speeding and subsequently arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with no ignition interlock device.
