Oct. 16 — A child custody dispute in the 400 block of S. Ash St. and a dog at large at Ash and D Sts. were investigated.

Oct. 17 — A harassment complaint in the 400 block of N. Ash St. and parking complaint in the 100 block of S. Birch St. were investigated.

Oct. 18 — An Internet harassment complaint, report of a mistreated adult, harassment complaint in the 100 block of N. Jefferson St., theft complaint in the 300 block of N. Ash St., and commercial alarm in the 500 block of W. D St. were investigated.

Oct. 19 — Two dog-at-large complaints, a commercial alarm in the 900 block of E. D St., and a driving complaint on D St. were investigated.

Thursday — A child custody dispute in the 300 block of W. D St. was investigated.

Friday — A snake was removed from a closet in the 200 block of S. Adams St. A harassment complaint in the 900 block of E D St. was investigated and a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of S. Main St. was investigated.

Saturday — A vehicle lockout at Tabor College was investigated.

Marion

Oct. 17 — A non-injury accident in the 600 block of Sherman St. and report of an out-of-control woman at Marion County Courthouse were investigated. Two warnings and one citation for speeding were issued. A person was located in Central Park after curfew and asked to leave.

Oct. 18 — Two out-of-control juveniles at Oasis and a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Elm St. were investigated. Two warnings for speeding were issued.

Oct. 19 — A report of a possible suicidal person was taken and passed along to the sheriff’s department. One speeding and three no tag light warnings were issued. A dog at large on N. Cedar St was investigated.

Friday — A 911 disconnect at city hall, parking complaint on Victory Ln., and report of suspicious activity in the 400 block of N. Freeborn St. were investigated.

Saturday — A disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of N. Freeborn St. A warning for speeding was issued. Directions were provided to a lost motorist. Debris was removed from the roadway.

Sunday — A noise complaint in the 100 block of N. Roosevelt St. was investigated. A warning for no seatbelt was issued.

Oct. 17 — Police took in lost a back pack. It is available to be claimed at the Police department.

Oct. 18 — Jarred Feldman was arrested on a Peabody municipal court warrant for failure to appear.

A case of physical child abuse was investigated in cooperation with the Department of Children and Families and the child was returned to the parents.

Oct. 19 — Police opened an investigation into a burglary at a building that was not a dwelling. The investigation is ongoing.

Police opened a case of inappropriate touching involving two juveniles. After investigation, the charges were found to be unsubstantiated.

Thursday — Nastassia Menefee was arrested on a warrant outside Marion County jurisdiction.

Sunday — Police took a report of a registration sticker missing from a vehicle license tag.
