June 11 — Traffic complaints in the 400 block of N. Ash St. and on US-56 were investigated.

Officers met with the family of an elderly couple suffering from dementia.

June 12 — A dog running free in the 400 block of S. Jefferson St, a harassment complaint in the 300 block of S. Birch St., and a report of a prowler in the 300 block of N. Main St. were investigated.

A suicidal person in the 300 block of S. Birch St. was transported to a medical facility for a mental health evaluation.

June 13 — Missing property and a report of a dog running free were investigated.

June 14 — A report of an attempted scam was investigated.

Thursday — Reports of an out-of-control juvenile in the 500 block of S. Ash St., a dog running free in the 300 block of S. Wilson St., a suspicious driver, and trespassing at the municipal golf course were investigated.

Also investigated were reports of violation of a driver’s license restriction, v and a damage to an underground cable box.

Friday — A utility vehicle that had been blown into a street by wind was located. A dog running free in the 100 block of N. Wilson St., an abandoned vehicle in the 400 block of E. 1st St., a traffic obstruction at Main and D Sts., and a lost or missing license tag were investigated.

A person reported being struck in the face by another person in the 200 block of N. Main St. was investigated.

Suspicious activity in Hillsboro Heights and in the 500 block of S. Ash St. was investigated.

Saturday — A report of a reckless driver on Indigo Rd. was investigated.

June 12 — A possible theft in the 700 block of N. Cedar St. was investigated; the owner declined to press charges. Suspicious activity in the 800 block of N. Cedar St. was investigated.

June 13 — A citation for an expired driver’s license was issued in the 200 block of W. Main St. A junk vehicle was investigated.

June 14 — A dog running free in the 300 block of S. 4th St. was taken to Animal Health Center. A report of a dog without water in the 900 block of E. Main St. was investigated; and determined to be unfounded.

Thursday — A free-range rooster was captured and relocated. Residents who had locked themselves out of their house were assisted. A report of a possibly stolen bicycle was investigated.

Friday — A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of N. Roosevelt St; no outcome was reported.

Saturday — A report of animal neglect was determined to be unfounded.

Sunday — A person in Central Park after curfew was advised to leave.
