A Rhodes reunion was held Sunday at Sugar Creek School near Galva. Some of those who attended from here were Darrel and Donita Rhodes, Harry and Sheryle Rhodes, and the Calvin Wiebe family.

The Morning Star and Alexanderfeld churches met Sunday evening at the school. They sang hymns and enjoyed refreshments.

Clayton and Betty Wiebe invited Dale and Kathy Jantz, Amy Koehn, Merlin and Karletta Wiebe, Jeff and Monica Ratzlaff and family to Sunday dinner.

Sarah Unruh, and Lon and Deb Hiebert visited the Ron Unruhs on Sunday.

Eleven senior citizens met Sept. 27 and enjoyed a potluck meal, with Doris Crowther as hostess. Richard Dirks read some “old wives” sayings and tales, and all enjoyed playing bingo.

Lola Redger and her family attended a gathering of the Nightingale families the weekend of Sept. 17 at Camp La Shay in the Wichita Mountains near Lawton, Oklahoma.
