Robert Carrell died Friday at his home in Peabody.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie (Platt) Carrell and brothers Richard and Warren of Indiana.

He is survived by his brother Donald of Wingate, Ind.; sister Maxine Davis of Crawfordville, Ind.; son Thomas of Newton; daughters Cheryl Potts, Joni Leis of Wichita, Kathy (Lorenzo) Phelps of Minnesota, Tina (Greg) Hardin of Topeka; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday 12 at Shoemaker Funeral home in Waynetown, Ind.
